HIPs have been abolished.Since 21st May 2010 you no longer need a home information pack before you market your home, but you'll still need an Energy Performance Certificate within four weeks after it goes on the market. If you're buying there may still be HIPs on some properties that were on the market in May 2010 - but some of the information they contain will be out of date. |
